The sun is out!! It's so out that we are gaining 7 minutes and 43 seconds everyday! We can expect temperatures in the mid-30s for the rest of the week. Today the sun rose at 7:43 a.m. and will set at 8:12 p.m., giving us around 12.5 hours of sunlight. So, in fine sunny fashion, we have been spending more time outside.
| This is how much snow we got in the back yard. Yeti ran the snowblower to make a playground for Remy. The snow bank is still about 2.5 feet; those patches of black are patches of grass trying to resurrect themselves after the long winter. |
| It was warm enough to play frisbee. |
| After about 20 minutes of frisbee, Remy was tuckered out, but still wanted to come inside and play with his duck...after a nap, of course. |
It's nice to be able to go outside now and not have to bundle up too much, although Yeti would go out in shorts and a t-shirt if he didn't have to worry about getting scolded.
